    Return Policy

    Order Cancellation

    You may cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched or manufactured. If your cancellation is successful, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that once your order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

    Returns Policy

    We gladly accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags intact. Please ensure you have your proof of purchase available when initiating a return. Returns should not be sent directly back to the product manufacturer.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, but will never be charged more than one shipping fee per order, including returns. We do not impose any restocking fees.

    Refund Process

    After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed within a few business days and credited back to your original payment method. The exact timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.
